This is my Hay Fever Nasal Inhaler.

It also has Lemon, Chamomile and Eucalyptus in it.

Lemon has the ability to prevent hay fever symptoms.

Chamomile is anti-inflammatory so if your sinuses are inflamed and sore, this will help.

Eucalyptus is a decongestant oil.

Blended together, these oils are great for hay fever.

How To Use An Aromatherapy Inhaler

Take deep breaths in through your nose when you use your inhaler.

To use, place the nasal inhaler NEAR (not inside) the nostrils, then slowly inhale while waving inhaler stick back and forth under the nostrils.

Repeat 2-3 times as needed
