    There are times when you need to relax and remain calm.  Even if you're not normally an anxious person, there is nobody that wouldn’t benefit from some calming essential oils. Maybe you need to relax and switch off when you get home from work, or perhaps when the kids are gone to bed, you want to calm your mind and relax.

    I have a range of oils that I use, recommend and work, but if you are with me for a consultation or treatment, you may choose something completely different, but it will be an oil that will resonate with you and you need.

  2. It's inevitable... so why not be prepared with a range of natural products to help you through the menopause. Some essential oils are great for helping you along this "journey" like Basil, Sage, Cypress, Fennel, Geranium, Jasmine, Rose and Clary Sage which contain oestrogen hormone like component and can be quite helpful during menopause.

  3. The grief arising from bereavement is one of the most devastating, negative emotions a person has to deal with. It is a strong, overwhelming, emotional pain that will stay with you spiritually for a lifetime.

    Aromatherapy can certainly play a part in helping to release the stress and tension of bereavement and keep the mind balanced during the period of intense sorrow.
