  1. Rose is called the “Queen of the oils”. It comes from the petals of the rose flower. It is an expensive oil, so it’s mainly used for disorders of the female reproductive system as it’s a great hormone balancing oil, it’s also used a lot in skincare and is helps reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

There are many benefits to Rose Oil, it is a powerful antidepressant, it allays anxiety, it's nurturing, lessens anxiety and grief and strengthens the inner spirit.

  2. Aromatherapy to help you relax.

There are times when you need to relax and remain calm.  Even if you're not normally an anxious person, there is nobody that wouldn’t benefit from some calming essential oils. Maybe you need to relax and switch off when you get home from work, or perhaps when the kids are gone to bed, you want to calm your mind and relax.

I have a range of oils that I use, recommend and work, but if you are with me for a consultation or treatment, you may choose something completely different, but it will be an oil that will resonate with you and you need.

  3. Beautiful Bergamot comes from the bergamot orange plant and has a sweet, citrus scent with a warm, floral quality. Commonly used to elevate mood and alleviate stress, bergamot oil is antiseptic, antispasmodic, and analgesic (pain-relieving). Bergamot is the sunny essential oil. It is an excellent treatment for depression and anxiety. Its sunny anti-depressant qualities make it useful in treating Seasonal Affective Disorder, and it is cheering on cold, grey winter days.
