100mls Calm Aromatherapy Room Spray:

There are times when you need to relax and remain calm.  Even if you're not normally an anxious person, there is nobody that wouldn’t benefit from some calming essential oils. Maybe you need to relax and switch off when you get home from work, or perhaps when the kids are gone to bed, you want to calm your mind and relax. 

This blend is a naturally calming blend of oils to help calm and soothe your mind, body and soul. OIL BENEFITS

✿ Bergamot is the sunny essential oil. As well as being an excellent treatment for depression and anxiety, it is reviving, soothing and balancing. Its sunny anti-depressant qualities make it useful in treating Seasonal Affective Disorder, and it is cheering on cold, grey winter days.

✿ Lavender is one of the most popular essential oils on the market – and for good reason. It smells great and is an effective stress-relieving oil. It is good for calming nerves, lifting depression, relieving anger and soothing fear and grief.

✿ Frankincense is the most valuable essential oil for slowing and deepening the breathing, helping to allay fear, anxiety, nervous tension and stress. Frankincense is a gentle oil which is particularly useful for emotional problems, where it helps relieve anger and irritability and soothes grief. It is also excellent for tiredness, grumpiness, negative moods, lack of confidence and emotional turmoil.

✿ Ylang Ylang can help emotional problems such as irritability and fear’ and is effective against introversion and shyness. It is a great oil to help against panic attack.

✿ Jasmine oil improves skins elasticity and helps balance the production of moisture. Jasmine is a wonderful oil to use in skincare, it helps dry and sensitive skin and improves the appearance of the skin. It is also anti-ageing, helping to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It also has antiseptic properties that are beneficial in treating skin infections and anti-inflammatory properties that can be useful in the treatment of psoriasis. If you have scars or blemishes, jasmine oil will help reduce their appearance.
 
✿ Neroli is nourishing and helps regenerate skin cells. It is an anti-inflammatory oil making it ideal to treat blemishes and reduce the redness associated with breakouts. Neroli is also used in skincare as it stimulates the growth of healthy new cells, rejuvenating the look of mature skin. It is excellent for all skin types but especially mature, dry and sensitive skin and can even be used on very sensitive skin. 
 
✿ Rose combates ageing and dry skin. It is perfect for all skin types and its soothing effects also make it great for those with sensitive skin. Rose promotes healing and improves circulation. It maintains the skins elasticity by preventing the breakdown of collagen, thereby delaying the appearance of wrinkles. Recommended for dry, mature and sensitive skins in particular. It can also help reduce the redness in skin caused by thread veins. It is the best oil for helping with rosacea and it also fights acne.
