Anxiety Relief Essential Oil Diffuser

This oil blend contains 15mls of Frankincense, Orange, Bergamot and Lavender Oils. 

OIL BENEFITS

✿ Bergamot is an excellent treatment for depression, anxiety and stress.  It is also calming, soothing and balancing.

DIRECTIONS

Use the recommended amount of water in your Diffuser according to the instructions. Add 3 to 10 drops (depending on how strong you would like the aroma) of the blend into the water well in your diffuser to diffuse oil throughout the room to help reduce your feelings of anxiety. 

Diffuse for about 20-30 minutes to get enough time to cover a standard size room with the aroma from the oil blend.
