Anxiety Relief Diffuser Blend

This oil blend contains 15mls of Frankincense, Orange, Bergamot and Lavender Oils. 

Frankincense helps to clear your mind and relax your body. Orange has anti-depressant properties and will help promote positive thinking and cheery feelings. Bergamot is an excellent treatment for depression, anxiety and stress.  It is also calming, soothing and balancing.  Lavender is very relaxing and helps you deal with stress and anxiety.

Use the recommended amount of water in your Diffuser according to the instructions. Add 3 to 10 drops (depending on how strong you would like the aroma) of the blend into the water well in your diffuser to diffuse oil throughout the room to help reduce your feelings of anxiety. 

Diffuse for about 20-30 minutes to get enough time to cover a standard size room with the aroma from the oil blend.
