Stress Less Oil Diffuser Blend

Contains 15mls of Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Bergamot and Lavender Oils.

Ylang Ylang is a great stress busting oil, easing anxiety and soothing to the mind. Geranium is an uplifting, antidepressant oil. Bergamot is an excellent treatment for depression, anxiety and stress.  It is also calming, soothing and balancing.  Lavender is very relaxing and helps you deal with stress and anxiety.

Use the recommended amount of water in your Diffuser according to the instructions. Add 3-10 drops (depending on how strong you would like the aroma of the blend) into the water well in your diffuser to diffuse oil throughout the room to help relieve stress.

Diffuse for about 20-30 minutes to get enough time to cover a standard size room with the aroma from the oil blend.
