Ingredients:

Distilled Water, Witch Hazel, Preservative 12, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil (Chamomile), Citrus Bergamia Oil (Bergamot), Lavandula Augustifolia Oil (Lavender)

Naturally occurring ingredients of Linalool, Farnesol, Limonene, Citral which can be found in Essential Oils.

Directions:

Shake bottle before use. Spray around your bedroom about 30 minutes to an hour before you go to bed, letting the oils fall on your bedclothes and pillow, helping to calm your mind and relax your body when you tuck yourself in for the night.  For external use only. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Always replace the lid after use.
