Happy Soul Diffuser Blend

This beautiful essential oil blend has a fabulous 15mls blend of Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Grapefruit and Lavender Oils.

Ylang Ylang is a great stress busting oil, easing anxiety and soothing to the mind.  Geranium is an uplifting, antidepressant oil. Grapefruit is refreshing and reviving, helping alleviate stress, depression, nervous exhaustion and tension. It lifts self-esteem and promotes optimism. Lavender is a relaxing, soothing and balancing. 

Use the recommended amount of water in your Diffuser, according to your instructions. Add 3 to 10 drops (depending on how strong you would like the aroma) of the oil blend into the water well in your diffuser to diffuse oil throughout the room to help cheer you up and encourage feelings of happiness.

Diffuse for about 20-30 minutes to get enough time to cover a standard-size room with the aroma from the oil blend.
