OIL BENEFITS

✿ Bergamot is the sunny essential oil. As well as being an excellent treatment for depression and anxiety, it is reviving, soothing and balancing. Its sunny anti-depressant qualities make it useful in treating Seasonal Affective Disorder, and it is cheering on cold, grey winter days.

✿ Lavender is one of the most popular essential oils on the market – and for good reason. It smells great and is an effective stress-relieving oil. It is good for calming nerves, lifting depression, relieving anger and soothing fear and grief.

✿ Frankincense is the most valuable essential oil for slowing and deepening the breathing, helping to allay fear, anxiety, nervous tension and stress. Frankincense is a gentle oil which is particularly useful for emotional problems, where it helps relieve anger and irritability and soothes grief. It is also excellent for tiredness, grumpiness, negative moods, lack of confidence and emotional turmoil.

✿ Ylang Ylang can help emotional problems such as irritability and fear’ and is effective against introversion and shyness. It is a great oil to help against panic attack.
