This beautiful Spray is fantastic to use when you are meditating and taking time out for yourself. The Essential Oils I have used in this Spray are intoxicating, sensuous and uplifting. They are also helpful for depression and fear, and are deeply relaxing, euphoric and revitalising. 

Frankincense is the most valuable essential oil for slowing and deepening the breathing, it inspires peace and tranquillity. The oil is believed to assist the mind in opening to spirituality. 

All of my Sprays are very personal to you and you can use them how you feel better suits you. You can spray in the four corners of each room in your house that you plan to meditate in and all around your body from head to toe, then walk into the mist it creates to encourage its strength, then relax and enjoy.
